At Dumari we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in our bakhoor. We believe that our customers should enjoy their experience with our luxurious bakhoor, we trust it will be enjoyed as intended. If, for whatever reason, we have not met your standards, below is our return and refund policy.
Return eligibility
All items within 14 day of purchase are eligible for a refund
Items must be unused, unopened, unburned and returned in their original packaging.
Bakhoor incense must be sealed and untouched.
Bakhoor burners must be unused and undamaged.
All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved.
Received a damaged product
Receiving a product different from what was ordered
The order arrived missing one or more items.
Shipping & Responsibility
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
- We cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds and cancellation
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds cover the product cost only and do not include original shipping charges.
- No fees will be charged if you cancel an order before it is dispatched
Non-Returnable Items
Please note, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or burned Bakhoor incense
- Used or damaged Bakhoor
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
- Products not returned in their original condition or packaging
- Sale items
