Light up a charcoal until it starts to turn grey/white

Place the charcoal in the burner.

Place Dumari bakhoor ontop of the charcoal.

The bakhoor will release a fragrant smoke.

2. What is bakhoor made from? 

Bakhoor is made from natural oils and oud wood.

3.What delivery options do we offer?

We offer delivery to the uk only for now.

UK standard delivery- 1-4 business days.

Our orders are processed Monday to sunday, 9am-5pm. Orders that are placed outside these hours will be processed for the next day. Any deliveries that are placed during Christmas, easter and bank holidays may take longer than usual.

4.When will my order be dispatched?

At Dumari we aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. 

5.Can I cancel my order? 

If the order has not been dispatched yet we are able to refund your order without any cancellation fee.

6.Can I track my order

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
